A tropical delight combining rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice, blended until creamy.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum (Approx $1.50)
  • 1 oz coconut cream (Approx $0.75)
  • 1 oz heavy cream (Approx $0.30)
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice (Approx $1.00)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (Approx $0.50)
  • Pineapple slice (Approx $0.50) and maraschino cherry (Approx $0.25) for garnish

Directions

  • In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
